Default My fender ate my 2 days old tires

i can't believe my tires is jacked up after 2 days. i was heading home when i hit a deep dip and somehow the side profile caught onto my fender edge lip and did this to it:

1) i didn't have a spare
2) i was 25miles away from home
3) all nearby tire shop was close

i was so scare to drive home especially every time i hit another dip or bump. i was afraid the tires would blow on me. ... scary thoughts.

OH DAMN! This is what happened? I was gonna pull over, I saw you pull over on the side of the road hellah quick and I couldn't get over in time to make it over safely. Is everything ok other than your tire? I was in the black GS with LED tails and dropped. I was coming back from the JDM theory meet too.

i thought that was you...yeah.. i hit a dip and i heard the tires rubbing, thinking it's only the lining but then i smell the rubber burning so i had to pull over real quick. The metal tab that holds the lining was caught deep inside the tires. i was debating if i should call someone or risk the chance and drive it home, hoping it would blow on me.

Happened to me before, took my lug nut wrench and pushed the tab back. This was when I was on 20s and running oversized, which was not a good idea for me to be slammed.

Wow Michael !

This must of happened like what, 30+ min after saying goodbye to you??

Looks like you need some of my Fender Tab 101 class.

Did this mod on the wifes IS, but it's exactly the same process for the GS.

That's why I took off the RCA's. You need camber if you're running an aggressive setup. Or else the fenders will eat up your tires. Glad you made it home safe.
