Default The wheel thread

So I just bought my first 2gs after owning an ES300 as well as several 650hp drag/show cars over the years and Im ready to transform it. I want to see pics of different sizes and offsets on my car so I have a reference point for shopping with. I wanna learn about all the nuances such as how offset affects what tire size to run and how camber comes into play, etc.. Plus I thought it would be cool to have a wheel thread. Im leaning towards 18's for performance/traction reasons for right now but I wanna see 19's as well. I'll probably end up with two sets eventually, one for show(19's) and one for play(18's)

As for now my car is stock except for an RMM grill I threw on that I also bought from the previous owner of my car. And I got a set of Tien CS coilovers for it too so I wanna get those on asap. I dont wanna do that until the wheels are on tho. So here I am shoppin for wheels with no idea of what offset I want. I'll probably order a custom set pretty soon if I dont find a used set that suits my needs.

So you guys and girls should post up pics of you car and what kinda wheels you have , size and offset and whether you have spacers or not as well as what size tires you're rollin on. Let the wheel **** begin

Glad you got a GS but you will need to search, this has been covered in every color, and every size.

Also check the gallery.
