Default VSC + VSC OFF + Check Engine lights appeared on the dashboard

These 3 lights (VSC + VSC OFF + Check Engine lights) are came up on the dashboard at the same time this afternoon, I wonder what the problem would be ? Anybody had this kind of 3-lights before ?

I hope it got nothing to do with intake that i've installed few months ago. I don't want hear "you void our lexus warranty because you install intake" tomorrow in dealer

I bet your battery or alternator is having issues. I've seen similar light combinations on my land cruiser when the battery went out.

This is too crazy. The exact same thing is happening to me so I logged on to search for the problem and you are posting the same topic. Before all the lights went off, my brake light was going off. My buddy who has an SC told me to check the brake fluid. It was low and I topped it off and it worked for a little while, but now it comes back with all the warning lights sometimes. It seems to be better when the car is warm and I pump the brakes. I'm feeling like I should bleed the brakes or maybe even replace the pads. Any hyelp with past experience would be great.

ok when you installed the air intake did you reset the battery after the install cause the extra amount of air can set it off
MAF = mass air flow sensor its the sensor that is right beside the air filter

to reset light you would just need to unplug negative from the battery and set off for 2 min and light should go away

I'm just that good...jk. I'm not that mechanically inclined compared to others but you said you changed the intake and I had the same problem with VSC/VSC off/CEL and just cleaned the MAF and throttle and it cleared.

My code was 1128 which is the MAF. I cleaned it off and it cleared the warning lights. My brake fluid problem was completely unrelated but just happened to come up at the same time Thanks guys!

My lights just came on. Pardon me for being stupid, but is the MAF the intake air filter? Mine is definitely dirty.

Thanks so much for the response. I've got an SC430 and my "stupidity" had me go out and get a new air filter. Voila! All the warning lights went out! Go figure!
