Default Need Help With Aligning Cam Gear!!!

I was doing the timing belt install when i was trying to the belt on and then the right cam gear moved, but don't know which direction it moved to. I don't know if it moved clock wise or the other way. I ended up just moving back, but don't know if aligned it properly and don't know which way i moved it to either because i lost track. To begin with I messed up and didn't align the crank to "50" degree mark like i suppose to,but just lefted on the "0" mark when i was taking off the belt. After i was trying to put the belt and match the markings and was putting the t-belt tensioner and thats when the cam gear moved. I ended up putting the belt, crank and tensioner and i was spinning the crank to see if it matches, but it did not,so i really need some help to align the cam gear and so forth. Do i need to take the right valve cover off to find out? What do i have to do to align the cam gear? PLEASE HELP!!!

In this case, i think you should need take the valve cover out and align intake and exhaust cam by the dot marked on the cam gears.
I have the PDF file might help you, but the files to big, I could not up load in here. you can send me pm with your email address, then I will send you the file.
Hope this help

Rotoate the crank so it matches up with the 15' degree mark. I think the white line. Then line up both cam gear pulleys so they are at the 15' degree mark as well. I think it's the circle dot. Make sure the VVTi pulley is all the way clockwise. That's off the top of my head. Double check the factory service manual to be sure.

I did not know since it was my first time doing it,so it was pretty difficult. I got everything lined up and hooked up everything. I made sure i rotated the crank 2 revs with the belt on and both cam gear matched up prefectly. At first i was freaking out, because when the drivers side cam gear moved when i was trying to put the belt on,I thought when these cam gears moved even tho u turn it full circle the inside of the cams get out of wacked or something, but i was wrong...i ended up taking the valve covers for nothing when just could of rotated the cam gear to a full circle and lined it back up. I guess for me,I thought these has to match up differently then other cars, but these are pretty much the same as the other cars when doing the t-belt.I think the next time i do the belt is goping to be way easy for me,it's just the first time it's hard. Also, I want to thank JEFFTSAI for helping me out with info. Give me ur email so i could donate some money for the info JEFF?
