I just want to make sure I read your post correctly.....So, front 19x8.5 +28 offset and back 19x10 +43 offset should fit a 2003 GS with no rubbing?

Can someone tell me where I can find the offset of the factory 17x8 rims on the 2003 GS430? I am considering a set of wheels...19x8.5 +20, and 19x9.5 +25.

I need to know if these will work properly on my car, or if they will have adverse affects on the handling. I am shooting more for enhancing the performance with the look of a bigger rim. I'm not going for the bling factor, as I will be running the stock ride height for now.

I have a 03 sc430 with 20 x 8.5 and 20 x 10.5

tires on there now are 245/30/20 and 305/30/20
i am rubbing, but it's not too bad. However i am now ordering some tein coilovers and want to lower it, and i know it will start to cause some rubbing for sure. However I have a full set of 245/25/20 & 275/25/20 in my garage. Could i lower my car with the 305's on? or should i go down to the 275's?

the offset on the wheels is (front: +32) (rear: +30)
any help is appreciated!

Yea these are baby sizes and should offer you simple fitment. Probably wont even need a roll if your running a mild stretch. But for it to look good I would run a 15mm spacer in the rear, maybe even a 20mm. The front run a 15mm spacer and have all of your fenders rolled. Or just order proper offset wheels around

19 x 9 +15
19 x 10 +15 for mild flushness - no pull needed

Wheel fitment is trial and error as everyone needs/requires a different look to make them happy. I have spacers in 10-50mm to help me with my fitment needs. But after 7 years of flushing cars I pretty much can tell what size/ offset I want for a desired look.

Here is my car running 19 x 9 -7 and 19 x 10 - 7 (215/35 and 225/35 tires)

I have about a 25mm pull all around~

Hey guys, i've searched and searched and found no info on what i'm looking for. I recently bought some wheels online 18x8 +42 18x9 + 38 and for tires i went with 245 45 18 front and 295 40 18 rear... I'm doing this all over the internet cause I am in Iraq right now and i'm having everything shipped to my brother, which is where my car is.

My brother is saying that the rears are way too tall and they aren't gonna fit, but i'm reaching out and trying to find someone that has run this size tire before. He says it will look like a donk if they fit, which I do not want. I should have done more research before i bought the tires i did, but I got a smokin deal on them! Plus i'm gonna need the traction =]

The stock size were 225 55 16 which is 1.5 inches shorter than the 295 40.

Here is a picture with them next to my GS, mind you, my car is on supra TT wheels ATM and its lowered on Tein Coil overs and all fenders are rolled..

Just hoping someone out there has used a tire this size or has a picture of someone who has. I am hoping to be able to fit them and not have to go through the hassle of re-selling them.

Thanks guys

A 275 is the widest your supposed to go on a 9" either step up to a 10" rear or step the tire size down. balloon tires handle like utter crap. Your offsets will need to be high and you may even need a pull if you want to run some nice sized wheel and offsets.

215/35 on a 9 and 225/35 on a 10 is just as retarded

~ As are the majority of your replies/posts after taking 2 minutes to check on other posts you've taken the time to type up. Why dont you try actually providing help with in the community instead of just living up to your signature...LOL 1200 wasted posts of worthless hating and bashing, gotta love E-thugs ~

245 is on the edge of being OK for x8 rims. 295 is definitely too wide for x9 rims. A 245/275 combo would be the widest combo I'd be comfortable with. On top of that, a 45/40 aspect ratio combo would put you taller than OEM. With the appropriate width, you will be about 1" taller with this ratio combo. Granted, many of the people running 20s are about 1" taller. There are issues with that and as long as you are OK with it (and in this case with the additional sidewall "look"), just do it.

The only part of your setup that I'd be truly concerned with is the rear tires. With those offsets, you should not run into fender rub issues. If you want max width, I'd recommend a 245/40, 275/35 combo. If you want to keep the current fronts, I'd suggest at the very least step down to a 275/40 in the rear.
