A fond farewell to my GS brothers.....
Today I bid farewell to my beloved GS. I truly loved and enjoyed this car, but it was rarely driven and the time had come for me to move onto something else. The happy new owners came today to pick her up and it was sad to see her drive away...
Congrats to the new owners who are also CL members. I know she'll be well taken care of and they have big plans for her.
Take care all. Thanks for all the help and info I got from these forums. This is still the best car forum on the net. I still have my IS300 and my RX330, but I will not be on these boards as much. Thanks to all.

Mike,
I know you toiled with whether you should sell your car; it was not easy to let her go.
From that photo of your car, I see that mine is parked right next to you and it reminded me of that meet and a lot of good times we've had.
We've been friends for about 4 years now, attended many NorCal meets over the years, went to SEMA a couple of times and I was with you at your LAST meet at SinCity in Vegas this summer.
You've come a long way with the mods on your car since we started. I'm glad the car will be in good hands.
This may be the end of your modding days for this car, but our friendship will go on.
That's the great thing about the CL community. It brings people together that would of otherwise, never have met and it builds friendships that will last long after the thread post chat is over.
We'll see you around my friend.

Thanks for the kind words. It was a very difficult decision, but as we talked, I felt it was the right time and situation. I thank you for your inspiration and all the knowledge you have shared with me over the years, and most of all, your friendship.
I'll be in touch soon my friend..we need to get together as always and catch-up..

To all that replied, many thanks for the compliments and support. The new owner is 98sscamaro. I know they will take good care of her. Not sure what is next, maybe wait a bit and see what hits the market. I'll still be around now and then lurking as I still own two Lexuses....maybe a third again....who knows.......then again....
