Default Funny Sound when going over speed bumps or dips slowly

my 99 gs3 makes a sound going over speed bumps or dips slowly, it sounded like my tire was rubbing against the plastic inside the fender and my tires aren't even tucked...sound is coming from the front passenger side, i'm lowered in espelir springs and i have 20's on my car. i had my bro drive my car over a speed bump and watched it and it made the sound and it wasn't rubbing...do i have a blowned shock?

question for ya, how low did the espelir springs drop? AND, what kind of shocks are you on?

i checked the plastic lining and literally waited at the speed bump as my bro drove over it...i'll throw a stock tire on and try it again to see if its the plastic lining...

curious, cause i'm on same springs, but with hd shocks, on 19's, and still have a loose 2 finger gap all around thats bugging me my friend is on same springs, on kyb's, on 18's and he's got tight 2 finger gap all around. cant figure it out-we thought i should be a 1 finger gap on 19's...bad math?
