It should be around $80-90 for it from the dealer if my memory serves correct.

The shrouds are indeed there for a reason. It's partly for aerodynamics, partly for cooling, and partly for keeping the vitals dry and clean. Mine were ripped off after driving through a shallow puddle. I went through and removed all the broken pieces and tried to replace them. The problem was that the dealer I went to didn't know the part numbers for the fasteners that are used to connect the parts together and secure them to the car. So, because of that, I have yet to replace them. Since then, driving over puddles has been a nightmare. Anytime water splashes up it hits the serpentine belt which makes it squeal. My advice... replace them if you can... but they aren't necessary.

I left mine off because I'm always messing with the turbo and such lol. It just keeps the engine bay clean. Doesn't really do much for aerodynamics. I've take then car up to 150 a few times with and without that piece and didn't feel any difference heh.

That piece is called the lower engine cover or a gravel shield. #18 right? Btw, if it was my car, I would want it back on if you aren't constantly working on the engine.
