did you ever try out those slot car motors from ebay? Seems like a little more work for a huge $$$ savings. Especially for me with three out of four doors down at the moment.
The ebay listing list the SA family of motors which seem to be the same physical dimension but quite a bit less torque.

I am currently waiting on a motor. I do not see any reason why they would not work. I ordered one from BGMicro along with some other items for a robot I am building. I will keep yall posted as to the fit. I will not be disassembling my door again just to try it. I do not see any reason why they would not work.

I also bought the ebay motors. I couldn't resist the possibility, and the fact that 18 bux got me 5 motors didn't hurt either. The only thing that worries me is the fact that my drivers rear door only triggers the interior lights half of the time, and the pass rear door will never trigger the interior lights. Obviously a new acutator motor isn't going to fix these issues.
