Default Where to get key fob battery?

I did a search and couldn't find anything on the subject.

My keyfob needs a new battery. Does anyone know what type I need and where to get it?

Do I need to do any type of reprogramming after I replace it, or is is just replace and go??

Did you have to do any programming, or just replace it?

Thats what the BMW dealership told me

If the Lexus battery is a 1616 as you said earlier, then it can't be recharged.

Not sure what the BMW remotes use though.

No it charges every 2-3 months when you stick it in the ignition. I am not talking about the new smartkeys.
