Steering Wheel Shakes please help
Hello All, I am the owner of a 2000 GS 300 on 18" American Racing wheels. The problem is this when I drive above 35 mph the steering wheel start to shake slightly like a vibration at different times during my drive. When I go above 60 mph I also feel the vibration but alot more powerful one. Anytime I end up slowing down and applying the brake, the steering wheel will shake at 35mph to about 25 mph every time. Under 25 mph the vibration stops. I did some research and had my car taken to 3 shops for diagnostic to see the problem. One recommended an alignment which I did, 1 recommended a whole new suspension which i went ahead and had did as well. My bearing is fine, ball joints, tie rod fine and I also had my wheels rebalanced. The rotors do not need to be resurfaced according to one shop, but I have not seen any difference to why my cars steering shakes and more drastically at certain speeds. Can anyone offer any suggestions or insight into this problem.

Ok, before you do anything, please do a search on "vibrations" and "steering rack adjustment" and you will be answered...
Common problem that has been discussed. I used to have vibrations, and spent money with minimal results... now I am on high end 20" rims dropped with 0, count it for me 0! vibrations.

I followed everyone's advice and took my car in to be tested using the Hunter Road Force balancing machine. The shop said i had two bent rims and that could possibly be the culprit. I ended up putting both bent rims in the back of the bar and the good in the front hoping it would help eliminate the vibrations I feel in my steering wheel. Nothing has changed and I still have these vibrations. Any other suggestions?
