Default 19" wheels - best tire size for look & comfort?

I have 19's on my car now. They are wrapped in 245/35/19 Toyo Proxes 4. What would be a larger tire without making it look like a 4X4??? I need more sidewall; I bent 3 wheels in the last 2 years that I have owned them.

Hmm hard to find a fitment because if you go any bigger then it will look like a 4x4

Nick, what psi are you running? For NYC streets running 41psi will help alot when it comes to potholes up here.

Nick i also run the fat setup.. 35's in the front and 40's in the rear.. ITs really the best of both worlds for looks and confort.. I also run 40psi in the front and 35psi in the rear.. GL...

If I would ever choose to run this "fat" or staggered setup, what is the best combo overall for 19's without having to roll fenders (assume a 1.5" drop please).

Maybe it is the strength of the rim. I have Giovanna 19's and so far so good, no bent rims going back and fourth to queens and manhattan.
