Default Which rims do you think looks better?

mods/admins, could u leave this thread up in 2GS for a while to see what the 2GS owners think about it, Thank you very much!

First up is Blitz Type 03

Thanks to Seize for a great job on chopping this pic out for me

my mechanic has a set of these 18x9 for front and 18x10 for rear
with a little bit of rash otherwise in really good condition
offset is around 40 i think

second up is SSR Varden Sport Schwarz 3 pc wheel

with all the little nuts, i think this wheel would be a fudge pocket to clean
but it is certainly nice
staggered as well
18x8 18x9
+36

Which one do you think would look better without and without a drop?
if i do go with a drop, it would be a slight drop (not a big one) with the Tein CS v2

I had the type 03's and let me tell you those were a huge pain to clean.

Go for the SSR

really?
how so?
i love the look of ur car btw!
i thought the SSRs would be even harder to clean with their little holes for each of the nuts
and all those spokes...

I'd go with the SSR, the DDC lips are rare and the mesh style wheels looks so sweet when spinning...Also, SSR are Semi-solid forged.

SSR's, I know they're going to be a pain in the **** to clean but those look helluva lot better......but that just my opinion.

Where the face meets the lip was always a huge pain to keep clean and as well as trying to clean. That was the exact size i has also(18x9 18x10 +40 all around)

That was the car 3 years ago. It has been thru many changes

Check out this wheel to see what I'm talking about

ah right that curvature
hmm looks like everyone is favouring the SSR eh
i dont plan to do a big drop and cause i dont want the risk of hitting things when driving on ramps in parking lots

also i wouldnt be getting too thin profile of tires
prob 45~50 to retain the ride comfort
