Arrow CEL, VSC and VSC OFF lights

hello
i have a 99GS 400 and just did the 60k service, timing belt and water pump. it is my daily driver. the other day while i was driving to work the CEL, VSC and VSC OFF lights came on. i pulled over and check the gas cap(open it and tight it back). after about 50miles of driving the lights went away. BUT it came back on today... i did not even touch the gas cap since last time.
i am going to pull the codes at AutoZone. i also made an appointment with Lexus.

is it normal for the lights to come on at the same time.( CEL, VSC and VSC OFF lights)??
is it common on the 2nd Gen GS?

any input would help.
thanx

I Took My Car To The Lexus Dealer, And They Pulled The Codes, They Told Me It Was The Throttle Body And Sensor That Needed To Be Fixed, It Cost Me $1500

It could also be a speed (ABS) sensor on one of your wheels.
That's what it was on my sis's ES.

the speed sensors give the CEL?? but i got the code saying that it's the idle control system malfunction. the only problem is the car feels fine.
