Replacement Door Sills??
I recently ordered a set of “Aristo” door sills for my GS (off eBay), to replace the factory “Lexus” door sills. My question is in regards to installing them. I am hoping that someone else has done this mod, because I am confused on if the new sills cover the factory sills, or if I pry off the old ones and then affix the new ones…
Thanks,
Jeff
Thanks,
Jeff

if they are factory sills, you just pry your existing ones off (ie. with the plastic trim surrounding the stainless steel plate) and put the aristo ones on. but if they are aftermarket and just the metal plates alone... i'm not sure

If they're JDM items, they just replace the Lexus sills. I put them them on my GS back in 2002, have always struggled a little on keeping them since I've always kept my GS badged 'Lexus' other than these items.

Yo Aristo300,
I bought mine off of eBay a while back. After doing a quick Google I came up with a link to the auction. I would recommend emailing the seller and asking him if he can get you a set.
