I have 20% all around. It is black on black, and sometimes I think it is not enough.

That's why I went with 15% all around, I think this is perfect. 5% is too dark, hard to see from inside. But for him he doesn';t want dark -- 35% is what he wants, definetly not 50.

Man I don't know yet...now I might lean towards 35 all around...hopefully they can give me a good comparison when I get there

I have 35% lumar (slight reflective) and 5% on top of that. I live in sunny florida and my car has black leather, so I really didn't have an option. This is what it look's like. It was hard at first to see at night, but after like a week I got used to it. My car could be in direct sunlight and the inside will never get "too" hot.

Here is 20 but you can see 35% on my acura.

Frank, based on the description you want 35, 50 WILL be too light, heres 20 (which will be too dark).

I had 20% all around on my ES before and it was too dark. I used to have to open the windows at night when parking to avoid curb rashes. I have 35% all around on my black on black now and it's the best imo because it doesn't attract attention (specifically cops) but it's not too visible inside either. I also don't agree with the different tints on front and back side windows.

When I was living in NYC, I had my rears at 35% and the front window had nothing only because of fears of getting pulled over. I HATED that look. It looked so mismatched.
FRANKWHITE, I know u don't want that true dark look but whatever tint level u get, I would make sure it all the windows have the same tint level.

I think your mixed up...I would only get the BACK WINDSHIELD tinted a little darker...it was be hardly noticable.

yeah thats the way to do it, when I had my GS it was 35 on the front windshield and all side glass and the rear windshield was 20%

all the Jap cars have the rear windows tinted and nothing in the front...it looks gross.

Hmm....You mentioned the side windows too along with rear back window and perhaps getting all the windows the same tint type. That's why I suggested getting all the windows (except the front windshield) the same kind of tint but not too dark like u said.
