Sorry about that, it was actually a joke when I said that. But honestly, we are going to be putting the car together soon and I would not mind doing an install procedure for each and every part we install. I think I have quality posts......

Actually there are 30,000k HID kits, the color of the light output is a pinkish color.

I've been following your rebuild with interest, nice job. I'd like to see some details on the coil over install/adjustments. Looking forward to future posts.

Dont you have the same list and pictures from another post?

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=233839

I know you are bored and have nothing to do, but doing a repost on your own post is not really very productive.

And don't worry too much about post count, it's the substance of the post is what really counts.

I should really change the title of this thread. I was honestly kidding about the bordom/post count comment I made.

The point of this thread is to see if ANYONE on CL would like write-ups on any of the parts in which I am installing on to my GS. My other thread is my buildup thread, nothing else intended. I don't mind and was hoping to see how much interest there are for a DIY type of thread with the parts I have.

Again, I didn't mean to step on anyone's toes, I thought the title would be eye catching and funny. At the same time, giving people some useful information if they'd like.

Quick question - what year did the aristo start using the 5speed auto as opposed to the 4speed auto with the 2jz?? I'd definitely prefer 5 gears over 4.

I think for the most part everything looks good. I personally have decided on the Fluidyne radiator over the Koyo due to the fact that I have seen more Koyo's in GS's than Fluidyne, but both are good anyway.

I would add a EGT guage as well as the others you have posted.

Engine stuff, I would add an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

Cooling stuff, I know you can put 14" Zirgo fans in. It will give you more cooling and more CFI. I had 12" ones in but I found a way to squeeze 14's in there.

BTW did you get my PM?
