Does anyone have the JDM rear sunshade installed on the 2nd gen GS? How much was it and how difficult was the installation?

Anyway, I am guessing it's electrical and you have ot wire in a switch.

It's on the Aristo catalog so Hiro should be able to.

I'm pretty sure it will. The sunshade was on the 2000 catalog and also on the 2001 so it should work fiine with 2000 GSs.

I have been trying to get this ordered for my GS too, but not the JDM version...just an aftermarket.

My uncle had put one on his ES a while back and it looked awesome, electrical with a switch up in front.

In the next coming month or so I will probably be able to find it, and the install should be just as easy as the JDM one, and we will probably be able to save a lot of money compared to the JDM one too! We may even be able to make it automatic with night/day sensors in addtion to it being switch operable!

Hiro is a guy who sells Japanese parts for Toyota and Lexus, especially JDM parts and hard-to-get-in-USA parts.

Catalog......... You'll have to make a trip to Japan to get one. Go visit one of the Toyota Dealers that carries Aristo, and either ask for one or buy something there.

Is there a estimated price for this thing? I'm interested, but my degree of interest would probably be inversely proportional to the price. I realize that the price will go down depending on the number of people who want it, but could we get a ball park figure??
