Ok guys I have searched this forum up and down and no one has posted a DIY removal of the evaporator box.

I have plans to do it MYSELF. I will be taking pictures step by step and reporting my findings.

If ANYONE on this forum has any information that may help me either 1. removing the dash or 2. What I should look for.

PLEASE just post it. I plan on doing this in the next month after I collect all the information. We will put this problem to rest once and for all.

a dude made a DIY a few months ago so im wondering WHAT you searched if you did. btw there are a few DIY on removing the dash, just heave to search for them.

EDIT:since you bumped this and didnt make a new post, i will be nice and help you out but again all i searched was evaporator so it seems like you really didnt search.....thats besides the point though, here is the info
