Speeds above 110 is not safe on the stock bedspring suspension. With coilovers, it feels like your on rails

I've gone about 120mph. Not something you want to do all the time

85 -90 on the way to work every day during the 5 minute freeway portion of my daily commute. 100 - 120 on the way in and out of town on the interstate. 127 weekend before last on the freeway.

About 130 in the GS... but on my Yamaha R6 about 155. Thats the first and last time for me trying that on a bike... The wind speed alone can nearly take you right off the bike at that speed

147 on a run from Arizona to New Mexico in my stock '98 GS4. Since then I've gone to L-Tuned suspension, 18's, Tanabe Medalion exhaust and SRT intake, I suppose I can best 147 by a bit now but haven't had a chance to find out yet.

the fastest i've gone is around 120mph - haven't done it since.. no need for that kind of speed with the amount of money i've spent into my car don't wanna damage anything lol + the speeding tickets are expensive here.. i'd rather buy more mod's than payin' off the city for their debt lol

I've gone about 130 on a track, but no more than 85 on the highway.

110 in the 430, 120 in the G20 sedan, yes, it was on a big downhill and floored on an empty road at 2am with total visibility!

Fastest ever travelled, 145 in a corvair convertible 180hp with a jackrabbit turbo on the 5 south at midnight before OC became the zoo it is today.

I have dreams of nascar but the pocket book of a working stiff.

I usually cut off at at about 110-120 depending how much room I have. On the way home from key west I hit 140 toying with a 2000 maxima, 200+ hemi truck and a 06 camary (sport?). They fell off at 120 but I guess I had a point to prove. In my worked 1988 thunderbird ( 302 worked, nitrous, t-5 trans, 355 rear gears) went 150 on the way home from the track. That was a one time deal and the car had more ( nitrous wasn't engaged) but I was tooo scared.

Talking How fast?

I got my GS400 up to 130plus last year on my trip to Calif did it twice. I've got the 3.76 LSD and it just would not go any faster. I wanted it to but it just would not, kept hitting the limiter. Got to say the car rode really nice at that speed, I would have had no qualms about taking it up another 10 or 15 mph.

Now I've heard that with the stock differential that it limits you to about 145.
Then it starts cutting out.

Does anyone know if our speedometers are accurate or not?

You would be hard pressed to have any speedo accurate at those speeds. I will be on the dyno again soon, I will check it out then.
