Engine and luxury definetly goes to the LS, BUT... the LS's body style has never really caught my eye. Why not a GS V8?

Exactly - Getting the LS430 over the GS300 is a no-brainer.
I personally would go with a GS430. I like a little more of a sporty ride.

LS430 over the GS300, but I would prefer the GS430. ( don't you hate it when you make a post and then people start adding their own choices in there!!

Depends, IF no bosst is in your furute go with the V8 and if it was between the GS or LS series I would do the LS.
