well i'm keeping the "JD Chrome Grill..No Emblem Edition" just because it can give me the look that I want.

I did. I could not get the chrome moulding to stay on because the ribs are wider on a 2001 grill. I used laquer thinner and started removing the paint. Do a little at a time so you don't expose more chrome then you want. Looks great, I suppose you could remove all the paint and have a totally chrome grill.

I think that looks better than the stock grill in chrome because it has those vertical lines that are real close together. WoW!
