Default New Shoes!

I finally got some wheels on. Only have one picture as the car is dirty and don't want to take picts of a dirty car. Hopefully the LSD and Teins will be on soon. Also, I'm machining new center caps as I don't really like the one large nut for the center.

The drop will improve the look so much. It is a good start though. Slap a spoiler on her too.

Mustang wheels? j/k. I know they are Axis but they are the Mustang GT-R proto wheel. Never seen em on a Lexus yet though. Congrats.

I saw your other post about the TT brakes. Make sure your wheels are high disk before you get the brakes.

Yeah, you got me. They are for the new 'stangs, but I've always liked the design since they came out and I found an offset that worked. 10.5" R JJ46 and 9" F JJ37 with 285/30s and 245/35s. They are aggressive but not as aggressive as rominl or v8_aristo's. I have about 1.25" to 1.5" clearance from my caliper to the wheel so I should be alright. I will take them back if it doesn't work as I'm going to just get the Bendix from Advance Auto. I know, it's cheap. I am also going to machine some new centers at my boss' home this weekend because I don't really like the current center design.

I wanted something a little different...kind of a racing/lux look. It came out just like I wanted except for the centers. I'm only going to lower it about 1-1.5 inches so I can keep no camber. I hope the centers will make a difference.

They are 20s. I wanted to go with 18s or 19s, but I couldn't find a set I liked in my price range. I wanted the racing style wheel with no exposed bolts like the multi-piece wheels. Hopefully it will be dropped in two weeks after I get the Teins. I'm waiting for Todd to send them out. hint, hint.
