Hmmm....The picture they show on the website is the L-Sportline GS. I guess they are mixed up between L-Tuned and L-Sportline!!!!

Did you guys read that last part of that article.. Here is what it said.. Interesting the wheels that is..

Latrell Sprewell's company, Sprewell Racing, used the MTV show to debut Davin in spinning wheels, which have an inner spinning disc that continues to spin even when the car has come to a stop. Some say the wheels make the vehicle look as if it’s hovering above the pavement. The Sprewell TE wagon has 20-inch Davin wheels as well as a Carlsson front bumper, side skirts and roof wing. A Brabus rear skirt houses the outlets for a Brabus dual exhaust. Suspension modifications included H&R springs. In addition to a Brabus steering wheel, the interior features a Clarion audio system that includes a DVD player and a regular television. The rear subwoofer enclosure is designed to be removed if room is needed for luggage.

That's definitely LSportline. People always confuse it with L-Tuned. That shows how professional Autoweek is.

2SAVVY, that is one nice looking wheel. My friend just bought some Davin's for his S500. He paid $10,250 for wheels

Lexdriver, go to WWW.DAVINWHEELS.COM

I will try to get my bud with the S500 with those wheels to register on here. He is looking into a GS430 as his 2nd car.

My brother has those Davins on his S500, the wheels are closer to 14k now due to the fact you cannot get them due to there limited production numbers. Here is a picture of my brothers car http://kctrends.com/wheels/showcase.htm
More pics on our website @ www.kctrends.com

As for the lexus on the autoweek site, it is my car 99GS400 it was the Lsportline/Dazzmotorsports demo car. I can assure you it is a lsportline setup not l-tuned.

Here is a pic with the new EVO II rims:

D-Man,

Thanks for the Davin website.. I put 3 searches in on Yahoo and it came up with nothing.. Oh well.. Thanks!

Ktrends,

Could you tell me how the Davin REVO's are made.. As in Forged or Cast.. Also any idea as to what they weight?

14K is a lot for those wheels thou.. Wonder if they are going to come out with a 19" or 18" version??

After seeing these I might just put the 18" Lowenharts on the GS and sell the GS 17" Factory chrome and save up for the Davins for the SC..

2Savvy-

The davins are 20inch only for now, but I do know there are coming out with a new style very soon. The rims are made for them by HRE and can be used with there spinner that keeps spinning or the HRE center cap "hre cap sold separtely".

The wheels are forged, and are in a polished finsh.

BTW: thanks for the nice words about my GS guys!

KC,

What are you using for that lowering job?? It seems to sit really low and makes the 20's look nice...
