1 being worst, 10 being best.

In Anchorage, AK. Customer respect and quality of work is a 10+. All I've had done to our vehicles is 30K service on the RX at $425 and regular oil changes for both the RX and GS which include a nice detail of the vehicle plus a loaner for $46.

well with my latest vist to my lexus dealer my rating went from a 10 to bout a 2 probably

If you're under warranty, I rated them 10+. But once you're out of warranty, I'd say try somewhere else, they will rip you off like no one else
