Default car cover on wet car

Is it ok to put the car cover on while the car is a little wet but not completely drenched? Will that cause any problems? if left that way for a week or so?

Its fine I've had to do that many times when I used to live at my old house with no garage. Most good covers have fabric that is made to allow air in to dry out ... How long are you going to leave it covered?

I have the genuine lexus car cover which is made from weathershield material. I plan to leave it for approx. 2 weeks and there is alot of rain in the forecast. What do you guys think?

I would just take it off when no rain is in sight and shammy dry the car real quick and put the cover back on. You shouldn't have any issues.
