My '98 GS4 has only 184000km but my '92 Cressida has 465000km.
The Cress is all original except brakes, rotors, water pump, rad, head gasket, timing belt, alternator, and starter solenoid. AC condensor has a hole in it, the gas tank has been recoated and a couple of fuels lines have been rust repaired. I bought the GS because I fully expect to get similar life out of it as I have from the Cress. I also like 300 horses under the hood. So far so good.
I researched this thread over 2 years ago before I purchased my GS400 and this only gave me more confidence when buying my used Lexus. I had worries about purchasing the car at 85k miles, then I saw this thread!!!

How many miles do you have on your car now? and have you had any issues with it? I'm looking for a used GS and there is one that I am interested in but has 84k miles. Thanks in advanced.
