Default Lexus GS400 Transmission Jerks Please Help!

Hey,
I just bought a Lexus GS400 with 70,000 miles everything looks perfect but I think the transmission is not working right. When I am traffic jams and I give up to 2,000 rpms and let go of the gas pedal the car pulls back and jerks a little bit. Also when I stop and shift from the Neutral to a Drive my rear end jumps (jerks). Other than that the car is awesome and I love it and transmission shifts smoothly when accerelate.
Please let me know if know about the problem.

try changing the transmission fluid, it might do the trick, but make sure you use the toyota transmission fluid, dont just use the ones that u buy at the local auto store
