I have a 2000 Platinum Editon GS400 with the stock 16" Platinum wheels on it. I think they are 225/55/16. I need to get some tires for it. My tires are like BALD so I need to get some tires for the time being.
What kind should I get for a decent price?? I will be getting 18's this summer so they won't be on the car long, but I ABSOLUTELY NEED TIRES NOW!! So please let me know what good, inexpensive tires I should look into.
THANK YOU!!

how about....
for inexpensive, good quality:
dunlop sp5000
yoko avs db,
bridgestone re730, re950
yoko avid V4-cheapest but not bad
take a look at the reviews from tirerack.com
if you are going for the 18s this summer, it is only a gew months away, why waste the $450 on a set of 16s now? just wondering
