It is a known problem. No recall. If your car is still under warranty, I'd go back to the dealer and "complain". They usually replace it with no hassle. If you are out of warranty, then it is a bigger battle.

I had the same problem when I bought my 99 last year. It was fixed under basic warranty.

Default moisture

hey guys how are ya'll doing. I have the same problem with the moisture in headlights. I have a question about that taking back to the dealer thing. Say if I change my bulbs and put some blue piaa's in there. Should I put back in the old bulbs or keep them in. The reason why I ask is cause do you think that if the dealer sees that I messed with the headlights they won't honor my problem?????

Philly- better safe than sorry. I would put in the stock bulbs just so they dont have a reason not to change the lights
