Default does this happen in your car, too?

Turn on the *front* defroster by hitting the defrost button. When I hit the "OFF" button and the LED above the defrost button stays on (why?).

I haven't noticed that on my car, but I don't use my front defroster much.

Yup, same thing happens on my LS. I have no idea why.

its not really on. that's just the position the fan is sitting at last. for example. when you make it all go to the foot well, that light stays lit even with everything off. but when you turn on the defrost that light stays lit but none of the other light(foot, face, both) and all those are off.

hope that made sense. basically, its not on, but its the last position the directional arms were controlling the air to go to.
