Can anyone help me to get the cartridge out? I have a 96 GS3. I assume it is a 12 disc? Please help, I am tired of listening to the radio! Also, what should I do when I get the cartridge out? Should I use it again?

I had a similar problem before. The Car Audio Shop removed the whole CD Changer and sent it to original manufacturer to get fixed. Apparently, 2 CD's got stuck together and jammed the whole thing. Haven't had any problems since. That happened about 2-3 yrs ago.

Mine has the same problem, I just slide a credit card or card board under the cartridge to access the release mechanism.

WOAH! After 3 years of using a crappy FM modulated cd changer, I read this suggestion to fix the stock cd changer...guess what? IT WORKED! I could've saved myself 200 dollars. What caused the cd to get stuck is the label on the burnt cd I had made got rolled up inside the cartridge. to the useful info I get from this board, as well as other forums.
