Default Car stalling

I have a 1993 Lexus GS300 and just recently it started giving me problems. I was in town and left the car running with the air on for about 10 minuets in the store parking lot when I came out and was leaving the parking lot the car died on me. I finally got it started and pulled into another parking lot where I turned the air off and sat there to see if it did it again. It was fine. I then drove to pay my car insurance and while sitting there it died again. I called my brother who came and drove it home and he didn't have a problem with it. A few day before all this I started giving out of gas and drove about a mile with it on empty. Do yall think the fuel pump may be the cause???

Yes sounds like a fuel pump issue. Does it studder when you press the gas pedal?

No. It drives fine other than those two time it stalled. Do you know what the fuel pressure should be in the 2JZge motor? I was going to check it to see it it is working good later today or tomorrow but have not been able to find what it should be. Thanks!
