tail lights, plate lights, headlights, dlr etc. none of them work, now the high beams work the brake lights work the blinkers work but not a single static light works can someone please help me here i've checked all the fuses and replaced the light failure module twice and still have no ideal why the heck nothing exterior static will work.

You should try to figure out what all of those systems have in common probably a ground point, relay or possibly even the switch itself. Check to see if you have power down to each light socket.

what relay would cover static lights? they all have power just not constant power

The same symptoms happened to me as my alternator gradually died on a drive. One by one, each HID began to flicker(starting with right foglight) and shutdown.

So Charging light on dash lit up, then right foglight started to flicker....20 seconds.... then shut off.....20 seconds......then left foglight flicker......20 seconds......right headlight shutoff.........20 seconds....left headlight flicker.....20 seconds....left headlight off.....then other lights on dash began to light up one after the next.

Turns out it was my alternator. so I replaced it with a 160Amp alternator from a Supra guy on the forum who rebuilds them.

I love this alternator, the previous one from autozone only lasted 1.5 years. I run 2 sets of 55w HIDs (fog and headlights or headlights and high beam) while driving, and the initial turn on has no effect on the electrical system at all now.


Granted this is all if your alternator is the issue.
