Default What all do I need for the GTE engine swap?

Alright, I researched a bit, but still haven't found some of my answers. I thought I'd make this thread for other people to refer to when wondering the same things. I have a '93 Lexus GS300, and I'm wanting to swap it with a 2JZ-GTE. Then eventually turbo it and go from there. My question is, what all do I need for the swap? It's an Automatic.

Let me try and think of it off the top of my head..

- 2jzgte motor set
- harness conversion (lengthened + pin swap)
- 12360-46111 97+ Supra TT motor mounts - 61.18/each
- 94 toyota supra 2jzgte throttle cable - 61.54
- upper/lower radiator hose
- modified aluminum 93-97 supra radiator, or modified radiator mounts for 2jzgte radiator.
- oil + oil filter
- re-using your old power steering pump (with GTE fitting ontop), a/c pump (lines left connected) and alternator.
- Custom drive shaft? (i had to w/ drift motion 1350 differential adapter)
- modify tach with resistor
- 93-96 single pin coolant temp sensor on upper water neck
- filter kit
- front mount intercooler with piping
- driftmotion aristo downpipe flange + custom downpipe to attach to your exhaust
- massaging the firewall for the twins + moving your ABS unit a little bit for clearance.
- connecting the highly difficult rear firewall heater hoses.
- connecting your stock fuel inlet and return
- upgrading your stock fuel pump behind the rear seat + 12v mod

- I advise doing all your maintenance while the motors out of the car.
-16100-49847* Water Pump assembly $120.58
- 12263-46010 hose, vent list 10.88 cost 8.16
- 12264-46010 hose, vent list 11.03 cost 8.27
- Rear main seal - 29.97
- denso iridium IK20 spark plugs
- pilot bearing - 6.06
90311-46001 Front Main Seal $10.68
90311-40020 (x2) Camshaft Oil Seals $5.51 ea
Gates serpentine belt # K060763
90916-03093 Thermostat $15.48
16325-62010 Thermostat O-ring $4.24
13505-46041 Timing Belt Idler $66.68
13568-49036 Timing Belt $26.64
13540-46030 Timing Tensioner $57.70

I would price it out at 6-7k for a complete swap with you doing the labor. My parts added up QUICK!!!
