Window trim
I need some pictures and help on how to install the exterior window trim with broken clips! I got some used trim and the clips are broken off my car and the used ones I just bought. I have searched and found a few threads about how to remove and how to fix it, but there are no pictures on the fix thread. Does Lexus sell just the clips? If I am able to buy just the clips what will I do when those clips break? Buy new ones! And when those break? Buy some more? That would get old fast and that isn't the kind of results I am looking for. Anyone ever had these tig welded? Or is that even possible? All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

keep all of your broken tabs. I will make a youtube and show how to make your own using the base of the broken tabs, new universal clips, a 5lb force spring clamp, 2 small squares of 3m 20lb tape, and JB weld(to create tabs, not applied to anywhere on the car body).
The other option is to use 3m's 20lb rated double sided tape, and a heat gun. I have not done this method. Please be patient as I am finishing up another DIY. The first method is what I performed about 2 months ago and is still holding up strong. Even tested at 3 digit speeds (clear freeway, at 2am).
