Lol nixspeed. Its water and oil mixed in the intake pipe. The only way to get water and oil in the valve cover is a blown head gasket. No water in radiator and no oil on dip stick. Engine codes 24,31 and 78. So now i get to put my Tt head gasket on for future turbo plans.

Don't forget to mill your head. It usually costs about $50 and only way to seal it right especially with mls gasket. Be nice for turbo later.

Do you not live near a machine shop? Milling ahead is very basic and almost any machine shop can do it. I worry about shipping a head. If it gets dropped it can ruin your mill job quick.

There are a few places selling ffim for the ge. Pretty cheap too

I just check eBay for things like that. Not sure exact sites other than eBay. Just read their description carefully. I've got some quality knock off Chinese parts and I've got some crap too. Some you can just modify a bit for it to work others just send it back and buy a different one. Certain things though do not buy off eBay unless its name brand.

Ohyea i know all aboit how ebay works hit and miss. Im eunning a godspwed t3 turbo on my tibby. Been runningit strong for two years now. But anyways i think im gonna keep the stock intake manifold and polish it up maybe. Especailly with the low end torque curve it gives. The FFIM look way better and make it easier to get to the spark plugs or vavle cover for that matter. But once youve tke the stock intake off a few times its really not that bad.

Ok now the wierdest shi ever. I replaced my starter which was causing my battrry to drain and also the car wasnt turning completely over. Now the car turns completely over and starts just fine. I smelled coolant and my radiator was empty (so i thought) i was initally thinking blown head gasket cause white smoke was coming out of my tail pipe. So i pulled the codes and there were three codes 24 air meter fault,31intake air,78 faulty fuel pump. So before i decided the tear down process i noticed my radiator cap was leaking coolant so i replaced that. And reset the ecu. And now i have driven the car for three consecutive drive cycles and no cel?!?!?! The car has a faint smoke coming from tail pipe but smells like raw gasoline which intailly i though was just oil and water mixed burning in the cylinders. The car has a slight misfire at about 2000-2500 rpms. But still no check engine light?!?!?

Im thinking maybe it has bad injectors. Maybe there sticking open?!? If the 02 sensors are bad that would still throw a code wouldnt it? This is my only draw back now everything else is good to go.ohyea my gs has 190,888 miles on it aswell. Fires up strong everytime the ignition is turned over now.

Nice sounds good. Yeah if the o2 was bad it'll throw a code. Could just need some injector cleaner and a tune up.
