94 GS300 new car (dash light help)
Hey guys, a guy at work was selling his beat up GS300 for 500 bucks and so naturally i bought it hoping i could make a buck. So far its been great, had to do quite a bit of maintaince to it, VC gaskets, timing belt, water pump, brakes, A/C charge, all new fluids, tune up etc.
Now i am to the interior of the car and it needs a few things. Biggest thing is that lots of the lights on the dash, climate controls gauge cluster and needles do not work. I have seen LED kits for the SCs but really dont want to go that route, unless i have to. I would just prefer to go OEM.
Where can i get bulbs and or what would you guys suggest?
Thanks,
Jarod

For the climate control unit you buy one off ebay if available and swap out some of the bulbs especially for the temp display. That's what I did to get mine working. Also check the diy section and look for a guy named Dednick. He has pics on how to swap out climate control unit, bulbs etc. Good luck.

I can rebuild the dash and climate unit with all new led lighting. Pm me for more details.
I also have good oem working gs red needles, but no guarantee on how long those will last.
Here is an example of blue LED lighting in the GS climate unit.
