Ok, after removing the rear seats, rear deck, and sub there's really nothing much left back here....clean the metal and apply some dynamat

and re-install rear deck.....you can't really tell but i re-carpeted my rear deck with black carpet and black cloth for the speaker grill. and i also repainted the third brake light black....

very nice. while you had the seats out you should have removed the firewall. if you have a subwoofer it will increase your bass a lot

nah, i'm dropping a 12" sub in the factory hole. plus i'll like to put as much protection between me and that gas tank.

2lexos can you tell me how to remove the rear deck ? I have looked and I dont see the tabs or snaps or anything.

it's really simple....once the back seat is out. pop out the three clips that i circled and and pop out the little panels for the seatbelt(arrows). then just pull it toward you carfully. and don't forget to unplug the third brake light....but you have to access the plug from inside the trunk on the passenger side. good luck.

what did you use to wrap the sub speaker grill. for some reason all the first gen gs with grey interior has a beige speaker grill cover
