Default Sputtering 1998 GS400, 218k Miles

Sputtering at idle at stop with foot on the brake. When I start to go, sputtering goes away. Got 'misfire' code and changed spark plugs. Sputtering still there.
Got 'P1349' code suggesting Oil Control Valve Filter is partially clogged. Filter Part number is 15678-46010.
Does anyone know how to replace this part?

It common on those OCV to get clogged. Try cleaning them out.

Do you know how to get to the filter so it can be cleaned? What do you take apart?

Default re

the filter is located behind the timing belt assembly. So if you want to tackle this project the timing belt assembly need to be dissassembled.
