Lug Nut Studs keep breaking off..... help

Lug Nut Studs keep breaking off..... help
I just got some new rims on my car. The lug nut studs just broke off for the second time on the same wheel. The first time when they broke off i thought that they were just over tightened and cracked off. but today when i was driving like 2 months later 4 lug studs broke off the same wheel they broke off before. i was wondering if any of you guys know why this would happen. thanks. and the wheels on my car have the correct bolt pattern.

What's the bolt pattern on your new wheels? Is it 114.3?
What torque ft/lbs are you using when you tighten down the lugs?

i got the new studs from auto zone, and 90lbs of tourq. i got the rims off of my cousin that had them on his IS350, hes never had a problem with them that i know of.
