Still sounds like the t-stat isn't opening. Did you replace it when yOu did the swap? If not, I would recommend doing that. If so, you may want to exchange it for a new one. I have on 2 occasions had a brand new thermostat turn out bad. Is there any way to check both sides of the thermostat housing when the car is at operating temperature? That alone should tell you for sure if it is in fact the thermostat. If that's all good, I would recommend trying to flush the system because it sounds like something is blocking it up.

No i didn't replace the Thermostat, i only replace the O ring. but yesterday i pulled the housing to make sure it was installed right and it was so while I was in there I swap it with the T-stat from the GE motor, same thermostat. put it back together and same thing. " Normal air out the vents, hot top radiator hose back towards the outlet to the rubber hose, down to the water pump. On the bottom of the radiator the hose is cold up to the front of the T-Stat. And trust me it does sounds like a T-stat but even if the one on the gte motor was bad the one from the ge would have fixed it cuz it worked up to the day I pulled the ge motor out of the car. But to eleminate threats Tomorrow Im gonna start with a new Stat, flush the entire system and see what happens.
