Exclamation 1993 GS300 with fault codes 21 and 24

I was driving my 1993 lexus gs300 the other day and noticed that the car was acting lke it was losing power. Before i could get home the check engine light came on. I checked the codes and got 21 and 24. I really dont know what to look at for these codes even though I look them up already.Code 21 says Main OS2 and heater signal. Code 24 says IAT sensor signal. I did notice that I had steam coming from under the hood when I parked. I checked but I couldn't see where it coolant was leaking from since this is what I thought was the cause of the steam. It did look like it was coming from the the back firewall somewhere near the drivers side. I would appreciate any help you guys can give a newbe on the foroum with this issue. Going out tomorrow to check and see if I can find that leak. Please Help!

I got code 21 and 71 on my car, and everything is original. I am going to change the 02 sensor and see if I get better than 14mpg.
21 is your post cat sensor the other 2 sensors before the cat are air fuel.

code 24 is the vehicle speed sensor error (open circuit or no activity)
I don't think that is related to your steam issue, but maybe lack of power
I can ask a master tech at my job about the code.
I just got my 93 gs in october so I'm new to this as well but I work at a toyota dealer so I can get help.

How many miles are on your car?

Check your heater hoses they are one of the prime problems with overheating .They always burst.

A friend got the sensor out the junk yard for me. The thing looks brand new so it could've been in the car that long. Lucky me!
