i tried this...and the damn orange part lens wouldnt break. tried stabbing + flathead and hammer...still didnt break

i found the best way to do it was get some needlenose pliers and pull the edge of the lens toward you till it breaks.

Not hard at all. If I can do it, anyone can , it did take me a concentrated 45 min to get all the pieces out though.

my car came with this done to it already and i freakin hate it!!! looks so ricey to me i want amber corners!

Why go through all that hassle when you can just bake them, pull them apart, unscrew it, and put back together and have them both done in about an hour?! Also you risk scratching the inside of the glass or not being able to take out all the little piece if you do try to stab them.

I used two needle nosed pliers and broke the amber piece apart into smaller pieces. Otherwise I don't know how I would of gotten the pieces small enough to get them out.

i realize in retrospect you should just bake them, but he was askin how to break them. that's all.

For anyone looking for totally clear headlights and to stay legal. These are clear while on the running lights and amber when you hit the turn signal. So when you clear your headlights and hate the amber bulb like I do but want to stay legal. These are also super bright.
