Default car wont crank

Well a couple months ago my gs quit running. It has the stock twin turbo aristo engine in it. I had left it sitting at my work in the shop for a couple weeks and just pulled it in and out everyday, not even driving it, and all of a sudden it started to run like crap when i first started it and then after a minute it ran normal again, so i pulled it out and let it sit outside all day, and this went on for about 3 days every time i cranked it, then one night i went out to crank it and it wouldnt start, just rollover but never fire. During these few days it was snowing and i did not have a gas cap on the car. I have checked a few things and the car is getting spark and fuel and the timing is still fine but it still wont run. It has 1 trouble code (14 ignition circuit fault) Does anyone have any ideas on what else could cause it not to run. Maybe it got water in the fuel, i don't know, does it have a maf sensor that could be bad causing it not to crank or can the cam sensor not let it crank. Please any ideas i could check would be great. thanks in advance

Your O2 sensor is bad. There is a circuit that is supposed to heat the inside element to 900 degrees. It's not working. Once the exhaust heats up the O2 it will start to run/idle better if it's not completely fouled by now.

You could also bypass your fuel ecu. That would cause it not to start and could be an occasional problem. It's located in the trunk on the driver side behind the carpet. You will need a 10mm to drop it. Cross the 12v line with the fuel pump power wire to by pass it. I don't recall the color coding but it will be two of the thicker wires coming into that harness.
