update for today. brakes are better but something is still wrong. something is causing the rear brakes to engage before the front. this doesn't happen all the time. any info on this?

Ok...new update on brakes. My front calipers was the issue. the slides were sticking which caused the front brake calipers not to engage all the time. The brakes are working fine. thanks for all the help.
