I saw a two-tone, white and silver, GS 300 with a Club Lexus vinyl/sticker about the brake light on the window. I was wondering if they were manufactured or was it custom made? Anybody know what font the CL logo is, if it was a custom vinyl?

if you really want one, you can have them made, its fairly inexpensive and all you need is a picture. find a graphics place and have them make it.
