Default Power window malfunction on driverside passanger

Power window rolls down but will not roll back up again.

When I lowered the driverside passanger window, it made an audible "pop" sound. It will not roll back up again. I tried lowering it and it made another "pop" sound and lowered, but it will not roll back up. Motor doesn't make sound when I attempt to roll up the window.

Since the window rolls down, motor is good (?). Perhaps bad connection?

Does each window have a way to manually roll up like the sunroof?

Any idea what may be the cause? And the fix? As always, thank you CL members for input.

that is the regulator, I JUST replaced my jdm drivers window regulator, there's a seller on ebay that has the parts for like 80 bucks less than what my local lexus dealer wanted for the part and 200 less than what the Japanese toyota dealer wanted

Default Now, master switch isn't working

Window rolled up, but it won't roll down.

Mechanic says it's the master switch.

Where can I find a master switch? (Not $300 from dealer)

Thanks for your help.
