Default how to remove automatic shiftknob WITH OVERDRIVE?

I've searched around a ton and cant seem to figure out how to remove it (need to replace the woodgrain). Models without overdrive just require two screws to be removed (the woodgrain panel that i retrieved in the junkyard was from a non o/d model).

So! who knows how to? any info? or anyone have a link to a first gen gs300 manual (free)?

heres an link to other people failing to figure it out:

edit: while im here might as well plug while im under the post count, anyone have a driver side front door window regulator with a working motor for sale?

Pull the plastic cover at the bottom of the shiftknob, like put a flathead in between the leather and the plastic and pry the plastic down, you'll see 2 screws, unscrew and voila! You just pull the **** upwards
