swapping seat internals
Is it possible to put the GS300 seat internals into LS400 seats. I got the LS400 seats for free but the wiring harness for the LS400 doesnt matchup. the LS400 has so many other components but I only need its essential functions.
or if anyone can tell me which wires operate what on the LS and GS seats. that would be even better.

ide just try to install the ls400 seats and see what wire does what, then retrofit the plugs... (just add 12v power and see what moves or buzzes..easy since youve got the seats out of the car)
i couldnt imagine swaping the internals (have you seen how sturdy all that stuff looks??)

Main power = L-W which is light blue with white I believe
Ground = white with blue
Slide control = Black front and Black with red rear
front vertical control = white with red and white with green
rear vertical control = yellow with green and yellow with red
reclining control = Light blue with red and light blue
lumbar control = light blue with black and light blue with red
driver seat heater = black with orange
Passenger seat heater = black
no guarentees that's 100% correct but likely close.
